How do I place an ink or toner order?

How do I pay for my purchase?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. If you prefer billing, please call us to set up an account.
How long does it take to get my order?
If items are in stock you will receive them the next day. Items not in stock can take 2-4 days. We will email or call you letting you know if they are not in stock.
Can I get my order the same day?
There are times this could happen, please call for details.
How much is shipping?
Orders over $50 will be shipped or delivered FREE to locations in MN, IA & WI. Orders less than $50 or outside of these locations, shipping charges will apply.
Can I do Store Pick-up?
Absolutely yes! Call or indicate on your email if you would like to pick up your items in the store located at 4212 Winnetka Ave. N., New Hope, MN 55428 during store hours.
Why can’t I buy online?
We prefer to have a relationship with our customers to guarantee the best service possible. Ordering online takes away this personal touch in our opinion.
What if I am not satisfied with my purchase and what is your return policy?
We are confident the quality of our ink or toner merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 60 days for a full refund, credit or exchange. Click here to view our return policy.
Will the cartridges ruin my printer?
No. We partner with professional re-manufacturers who are the best in the business. All of our partners are ISO 9001 and 14001 certified. That means our suppliers are committed to continuous improvement. If for any reason something happens to your printer and it can be inequitably due to the cartridge we will cover the cost of the printer.
Will my printer warranty be void if I use refilled cartridges?
No it will not. There is a law in place to protect you from this type of monopoly. Click here to read the statute.
Does Rapid Refill recycle my old cartridges?
Yes, Rapid Refill was founded on recycling and preserving our environment! We will accept our customers used/empty inkjet and toner cartridges that were purchased from Rapid Refill, saving them from the fate of a landfill and recycle them.
FYI… Many cartridges that aren’t returned to companies for recycling end up on a barge to a third-world nation to be incinerated or placed in landfills — dumping a countless amount of pollutants into the environment. Plus, every cartridge refilled by Rapid Refill is one less new cartridge that has to be manufactured using polluting petroleum products.
